The Existential Analyst is an existential exploration platform assisted by artificial intelligence, developed within the Escuela Omega methodology. Its function is to facilitate self-observation, symbolic analysis, and philosophical reflection on human experience.
1. Nature of the service
The Existential Analyst is not psychological therapy, medical treatment, clinical diagnosis, or professional advice of a healthcare, legal, or financial nature. It does not replace the relationship with any health professional. If you are experiencing an acute crisis or a condition requiring clinical attention, we ask that you consult a qualified professional.
Escuela Omega also offers training programs, digital content, and existential exploration tools aimed at personal development and philosophical reflection.
2. Acceptance of terms
Access to and use of the platform implies acceptance of these terms and conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any of them, we ask that you do not use the service.
3. Access to the service
The services are provided through a digital platform accessible at https://app.existentialanalyst.com. To access it, you must create an account with truthful information.
The user is responsible for:

- Keeping their access credentials confidential.
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information.
- Notifying us of any unauthorized access to their account.
4. Appropriate use
The user agrees to use the service lawfully and respectfully. The following are prohibited:

- Fraudulent, abusive use or use contrary to applicable law.
- Reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of the content without express authorization.
- Any attempt to access other users’ data or to compromise the platform’s security.
- Using the service to obtain clinical diagnoses or to replace professional medical or psychological care.
5. Sessions and duration
Each session has a limited duration. At the end of the session, messages remain available for a specified period (see the Privacy Policy for retention periods).
6. Therapist linking function
The platform allows, with the user’s express consent, a professional designated as “therapist” to download exclusively the user’s Existential Diary and Existential Memory. This function operates under the conditions detailed in the Privacy Policy (§5). The user may revoke this access at any time.
7. Payments and subscriptions
Payments are processed through authorized external providers. Access to certain features or sessions may require advance payment of the fees published on the platform.
Refund policy. Unless otherwise expressly stated in the description of a specific service, refund requests will be evaluated individually within 14 days of purchase. Services already fully or substantially consumed may not be refundable.
8. Intellectual property
All content, methodologies, materials, texts, designs, and elements associated with the Existential Analyst and Escuela Omega are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Their total or partial reproduction without express written authorization is prohibited.
The user retains ownership of the content they enter into the platform (messages, notes, files). By using the service, they grant a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license for the platform to process this content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
9. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific results derived from the use of the platform. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
The platform may experience interruptions due to maintenance or technical causes. We are committed to minimizing them and communicating them in advance whenever possible.
10. Modifications to the service and to these terms
We may modify these terms or the features of the service when necessary. In the event of substantial changes, we will notify you with reasonable advance notice through the platform or by email. Continued use of the service after notification implies acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by applicable Mexican law. For any dispute arising from the use of the service, the parties will first seek an amicable solution. If this cannot be reached, they will submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in accordance with applicable law.
